After booking, the property will contact you to provide a copy of your identification for verification purposes. This must be completed within 72 hours of booking. Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of the arrival date are subject to a change of check-in time from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The property only accepts the number of adults indicated on the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted. Guests must leave the property in the same condition in which they arrived. If you leave the property at a time different from the scheduled time, namely 10:00 AM on the morning of your last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a €55 reminder fee. If the above policies are not respected, a penalty fee will be charged to guests for any damage caused to the property. A €150 penalty fee will be applied to your deposit if you smoke on the property. The accommodations has everything you need for your stay.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
