After booking, the property will contact you to provide a copy of your identification for verification purposes. This must be completed within 72 hours of booking. Please note that last-minute bookings made within 24 hours of the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time, which will be from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The property only accepts the number of adults specified on the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted. This property does not accommodate stag/hen parties or similar celebrations. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A quiet hours policy is in effect between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived. If you leave the property at a time other than the agreed-upon 10:00 AM on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a late departure fee of €55. If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be charged to guests for any damage caused to the property. A penalty fee of €150 will be deducted from your deposit if you smoke on the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
